Ultimate SA Football Supporter Survey 2026 – Competition Terms & Conditions

Effective date: 12 October 2026

1. Promoter

1.1. The Ultimate SA Football Supporter Survey 2026 competition (“the Competition”) is promoted by iDiski Media (Pty) Ltd, publisher of iDiski Times (“the Promoter”).

1.2. The prizes are provided in the form of World Bucks betting-account credit, allocated by World Sports Betting (“WSB”).

1.3. By entering the Competition, participants agree to these Terms & Conditions.

1.4. The Competition is governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2008, and applicable regulations.

2. Competition Period

2.1. The Competition opens on Monday, 12 October 2026.

2.2. The Competition runs for ten consecutive weekly draws, beginning on Monday, 19 October 2026, and concluding on Monday, 21 December 2026.

2.3. The final closing date for entries is Sunday, 20 December 2026, at 23:59 South African Standard Time (SAST).

2.4. Entries received before 23:59 SAST on the Sunday preceding each weekly draw will be eligible for that draw, subject to these Terms & Conditions.

2.5. Eligible entries received after a weekly cut-off will automatically be included in the following weekly draw.

2.6. Eligible entries that do not win will automatically carry forward into subsequent weekly draws until the Competition concludes.

3. Eligibility

3.1. The Competition is open to individuals who:

• Are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
• Are ordinarily resident in South Africa.
• Complete and submit the official Ultimate SA Football Supporter Survey 2026.
• Provide accurate and valid contact details.
• Meet the applicable eligibility requirements to receive the prize.

3.2. Directors, employees, agents, consultants and other persons excluded under applicable promotional competition legislation, including relevant immediate family members, are not eligible to win.

3.3. The Promoter reserves the right to request reasonable documentation to verify a provisional winner’s age, identity, residency and eligibility.

3.4. A provisional winner who does not satisfy the eligibility requirements may be disqualified, and an alternative winner may be selected.

4. How to Enter

4.1. Participants must complete and submit the official Ultimate SA Football Supporter Survey 2026 on the iDiski Times website.

4.2. Entry into the Competition is free. No purchase, betting deposit, wager or paid subscription is required.

4.3. Each participant may submit only one entry during the entire Competition period.

4.4. Participants are not required to complete the survey again to remain eligible for subsequent weekly draws.

4.5. Multiple entries submitted by the same person using different email addresses, telephone numbers or identities may be disqualified following reasonable verification.

4.6. Participants are responsible for ensuring that the information submitted is accurate and that their contact details remain valid.

4.7. Consent to receive optional marketing communications from iDiski Times or its partners is not a condition of entry.

5. Prizes

5.1. A total of ten prizes will be awarded during the Competition.

5.2. One prize will be awarded each week over the ten-week Competition period.

5.3. Each prize consists of R2,000 in World Bucks betting-account credit, supplied by World Sports Betting.

5.4. The total advertised prize pool is R20,000.

5.5. World Bucks are betting-account credit and are not cash, general shopping vouchers or an unrestricted monetary payment.

5.6. Winners must have a valid World Sports Betting account to receive their World Bucks prize. Winners who do not already have an account will be required to register and complete any applicable account verification requirements.

5.7. Once a winner has been selected and their eligibility verified, iDiski Times will contact the winner to request their World Sports Betting account number and relevant contact details.

5.8. iDiski Times will securely provide the necessary account and contact information to World Sports Betting for the purpose of allocating the R2,000 World Bucks prize directly to the winner’s betting account.

5.9. World Sports Betting will be responsible for allocating the prize credit to the verified winner’s account.

5.10. World Bucks are subject to World Sports Betting’s applicable account terms and World Bucks conditions, including any applicable restrictions on their use, withdrawal or expiry. Material prize restrictions must be disclosed to participants before entry.

5.11. Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable for cash through iDiski Times, except where required by applicable law.

5.12. No winner will be required to pay an administration fee to iDiski Times to claim their prize.

6. Weekly Draws and Winner Selection

6.1. Ten weekly draws will take place on the following dates:

6.2. One provisional winner will be selected at random from the pool of eligible entries for each weekly draw.

6.3. Non-winning entries will remain in the pool for all subsequent draws.

6.4. Each participant may win only once during the Competition.

6.5. Once a participant has been confirmed as a winner, their entry will be removed from subsequent draws.

6.6. All draws will be conducted using an impartial and documented random-selection procedure.

6.7. An appropriately independent accountant, registered auditor, attorney or advocate will oversee and certify the conduct of the Competition in accordance with applicable legislation.

6.8. If a provisional winner is found to be ineligible, cannot be verified or fails to claim the prize within the prescribed period, an alternative winner may be selected using the same impartial process.

7. Winner Notification and Prize Allocation

7.1. Provisional winners will be contacted using the telephone number or email address supplied with their Competition entry.

7.2. A provisional winner will have five working days from the first notification attempt to respond and provide the information reasonably required to verify eligibility and arrange prize allocation.

7.3. Where a provisional winner cannot be contacted after reasonable documented attempts, or fails to meet the eligibility requirements, the Promoter may select an alternative winner.

7.4. Following successful verification, the winner will be asked to provide their World Sports Betting account number and relevant contact details.

7.5. iDiski Times will forward the necessary information securely to World Sports Betting, which will be responsible for allocating the R2,000 World Bucks prize to the winner’s betting account.

7.6. The Promoter and World Sports Betting may carry out reasonable checks to ensure that the prize is allocated to the correct eligible recipient.

7.7. The Promoter will retain appropriate records of winner selection, notification, verification and prize fulfilment.

7.8. Winners may be announced through iDiski Times platforms, subject to applicable privacy legislation. Winners may decline participation in promotional interviews, photographs, appearances or other marketing activities without forfeiting their prizes.

8. Personal Information and Survey Research

8.1. The survey collects information relating to football preferences, demographics, lifestyle, consumer behaviour, purchasing intentions, brand awareness and other supporter-related topics.

8.2. Personal information will be processed for Competition administration, supporter research, statistical analysis, audience insights and other purposes explained in the accompanying Survey Privacy Notice.

8.3. iDiski Times may use aggregated or appropriately anonymised survey results to develop commercial research reports, audience analyses and insights for advertisers, sponsors and business partners.

8.4. Participation in the Competition does not automatically authorise the disclosure of identifiable personal information to third parties for their independent direct marketing.

8.5. Optional marketing permissions will be requested separately. Declining these permissions will not affect a participant’s eligibility to enter or win.

8.6. Personal information will be processed in accordance with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 2013 (POPIA), the Survey Privacy Notice and the general iDiski Times Privacy Policy.

8.7. Where a participant is selected as a winner, their World Sports Betting account number and relevant contact details will be shared with World Sports Betting for prize verification and allocation.

9. Fairness, Disqualification and Administration

9.1. The Promoter reserves the right to investigate suspected fraudulent, automated, duplicate or otherwise irregular entries.

9.2. Entries may be disqualified where reasonable grounds establish a breach of these Terms & Conditions.

9.3. The Promoter may amend, suspend or postpone the Competition where reasonably necessary due to circumstances beyond its control, subject to applicable law.

9.4. Any material changes will be communicated through the official Competition page.

9.5. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under South African law.

9.6. The Promoter will maintain the records required under applicable promotional competition legislation for at least three years.

10. Responsible Gambling

10.1. The Competition is restricted to participants aged 18 years or older.

10.2. World Bucks prizes relate to sports betting and may only be used in accordance with applicable laws and World Sports Betting’s account requirements.

10.3. No gambling activity, wager or deposit is required to enter the Competition.

10.4. Winners are encouraged to gamble responsibly. World Sports Betting’s applicable responsible-gambling measures and account restrictions remain in force.

11. Contact and Availability of Terms

11.1. These Terms & Conditions will be available free of charge on the official iDiski Times website throughout the Competition period.
