Royal AM and Orlando Pirates have confirmed their starting elevens for this afternoon’s DStv Premiership fixture.
It is an important game for both teams as Pirates look to close the gap on second-placed Stellenbosch, while Royal AM are looking to pass the 30-point mark and avoid being pulled into any relegation battle.
The KwaZulu-Natal side are currently 13th on 29 points, while Pirates are third, six points behind Stellenbosch.
Pirates are without three suspended players – Sipho Chaine, Deon Hotto and Miguel Timm – who all picked up fourth yellow cards in their game against AmaZulu.
Royal AM have never defeated Pirates and in their six previous matches, there have been three wins for the Buccaneers and three draws. Pirates won 4-2 in their first meeting this season.
Here’s how the two teams line up:
Royal AM XI: Mpoto, Matlaba, Jiyane, Mabuza, Shezi, Msomi, Magaqa, Mahlasela, Maxwele, Ndlovu, George
