Former Mamelodi Sundowns midfielder Sammy Seabi has been snapped up by Polokwane City on a one-year contract.
Seabi joined Sundowns from City in 2019 after he impressed Pitso Mosimane who was the coach at the time. The 29-year-old spent five years at Sundowns including three years on loan at Moroka Swallows, Chippa United, and Sekhukhune United.

He won two league titles with the Sundowns but spent most of his time at the club either on the bench or in the stands before being released by the Chloorkop outfit in search of greener pastures.
Information received by iDiski Times states that Seabi has penned a one-year deal with Rise and Shine and has already started training under the watchful eye of head coach Phuti Mohafe and his technical team as he prepares himself for the ongoing current season.
The former Sekhukhune midfielder was released within the transfer window which allowed him to be able to join the team of his choice at any given time.
