Pep Guardiola is set to continue his glittering career at Manchester City after committing to a new contract in principle valid until June 2026 with an option to extend until June 2027.
The Spanish mentor joined the Etihad side in the summer of 2016 and will now see his stay stretch to a decade.
According to Daily Mail, the 53-year-old, who this past campaign let the Citizens to their fourth English Premier League title in a row, will extend his stay at City with his current contract due to expire at the end of this season.
Guardiola has won 18 honours in total at the Etihad, including six of the last eight premier league titles and the 2023 Champions League.
