Tunisian giants Esperance de Tunis are nearing a deal with Mamelodi Sundowns for striker Peter Shalulile.
According to reliable sources at iDiski Times, ES Tunis are progressing towards an agreement with Sundowns regarding the transfer of the 31-year-old Namibian forward who left Sundowns’ training camp this morning in anticipation of his move to Tunisia.
Shalulile could become the second player from South African shores to join Esperance this season, following Elias Mokwana, who completed his transfer from Sekhukhune United at the beginning of the 2024/25 season.
The Brave Warriors skipper has an impressive record, scoring 130 goals in 290 games throughout his Premier Soccer League career with both Sundowns and Highlands Park.
He has won six trophies with Sundowns and has claimed the Lesley Manyathela Golden Boot five times.
