Kaizer Chiefs have announced assistants Khalil Ben Youssef and Cedric Kaze as Nasreddine Nabi’s replacements for the remainder of the 2025/26 term.
Amakhosi confirmed on Friday afternoon that they had mutually gone their separate ways with the Tunisian mentor.
Nabi had been placed on suspension by the club following reports that emerged involving the validity of his coaching badges.
After a long discussion between the two parties, Chiefs officially announced that they had amicably parted ways with the former Yanga SC head coach.
Despite widespread speculations on who would replace Nabi, the club says his assistants Youssef and Kaze will steer the ship until the end of the current campaign.
“Following the announcement earlier today of a mutual parting of ways between Kaizer Chiefs FC and Head Coach Nasreddine Nabi, the Club can confirm that Coaches Khalil Ben Youssef and Cedric Kaze will lead the technical team for the remainder of the 2025/26 season.”
