Patosi Set To Land New Club In SA

Former Cape Town City midfielder Ayanda Patosi is on the verge of joining new Western Cape ABC Motsepe League side Hope FC.

iDiski Times can confirm that Hope FC is on the verge of securing the former Bafana Bafana attacker’s signature for the upcoming season which is set to kick-off in the next coming weeks.

The 32-year-old has been training with the side for some time and is closer to signing on the dotted line as he looks to get his career back on track.

Patosi has been a free agent since leaving Iran side Foolad FC back in January 2023. The former FC Baniyas midfielder has been struggling to get a team and was at one stage closer to joining Cape Town Spurs, but the deal fell through.

Hope FC is promising to be a side to look out for this coming season in the Western Cape ABC Motsepe league after already securing the signature of Craig Martin.

Former Kaizer Chiefs midfielder Keagan Buchanan is the CEO of the side with Dylan Dean the head coach and former Mamelodi Sundowns defender Clayton Daniels as the assistant coach.
