Rulani Goes 8 Games Unbeaten

Rulani Mokwena has continued his near-perfect start at MC Alger, making it eight games unbeaten after picking up his fifth win.

MC Alger beat Paradou AC 2-1 on Wednesday evening, thansk to goals by Kipre Zunon and Moslem Anatouf.

It was the defending champions’ fourth win in the Algerian Ligue 1, and the fifth overall since Mokwena took charge.

The three points saw Alger climb into third in the Algerian Ligue 1, just two points behind leaders Saoura with three games in hand.

Out of eight games, Mokwena’s men have won five, and they will hope to collect another victory over Colombe FC on Saturday in order to qualify for the CAF Champions League group stages after drawing the first leg 1-1 away from home.
