Orlando Pirates and adidas have unveiled the club’s new special edition third kit, which they will wear against Magesi on Tuesday evening.
The Buccaneers will take on the defending champions in the Carling Knockout Cup at Orlando Stadium at 19:00 on Tuesday, with Dikwena tša Meetse knocking the home side out at the same venue last year.
Ahead of the highly-anticipated clash, Pirates and adidas unveiled the club’s new third strip, which draws inspiration from the iconic Orlando Towers.
“adidas and Orlando Pirates Football Club are proud to unveil the Club’s special edition Third Jersey, a bold new chapter in South African football design and culture,” the club stated.
“The players will wear the limited jersey during the Carling Knockout Quarter Final Match against Magesi at Orlando Stadium tonight.
“The Orlando Pirates Third Jersey draws inspiration from the iconic Orlando Towers – a landmark that stands as a symbol of Soweto pride, community, and artistic expression.
“The Orlando Pirates Third Jersey will be available from 14 November 2025 in LIMITED quantities at adidas stores, select retailers, and online at www.orlandopiratesfc.com and adidas.co.za.”
