The Premier Soccer League have confirmed the new date for Kaizer Chiefs‘ clash with TS Galaxy, which had been postponed in September.
The match was set take place on 14 September but had to be postponed due to Chiefs’ travels to DR Congo to face AS Simba in the CAF Confederation Cup preliminary round.
The PSL has now communicated to both clubs that the match has been rescheduled for 7 December, and it will kick off at 15:30 at Mbombela Stadium.
It looks set to be the final Betway Premiership match ahead of the break for the Africa Cup of Nations, and is played a day after the Carling Knockout Cup final.
Amakhosi are currently third on the log with 22 points from 11 outings, three points behind leaders Mamelodi Sundowns but with a game in hand. Galaxy, meanwhile, are eighth with 16 points from as many games.
Chiefs return to action on Sunday when they will face Al-Masry in the Confed Cup, while Galaxy will host Golden Arrows in the league on the same day.
