The draw for the Nedbank Cup qualification round took place at the PSL office on Wednesday morning.
The 16 teams from the Motsepe Foundation Championship will enter this stage of the competition, with the eight winners qualifying for the first official round of the Nedbank Cup.

The first round will be contested between the 16 Betway Premiership sides, the eight MFC winners and eight amateur teams.
The fixtures of the qualification round will be played on 2 and 3 December.

- Hungry Lions vs Venda FC
- Leicester Ford vs AmaTuks
- Lerumo Lions vs Midland Wanderers
- Kruger United vs Highbury FC

- The Bees FC vs Gomora United
