Kaizer Chiefs‘ DStv Diski Challenge starting line-up for this afternoon’s clash against Manchester United at the Carrington Training Centre has been announced.
The Young Glamour Boys are embarking on a historical tour in the United Kingdom where they will also face other English sides in Leeds United and Queens Park Rangers.
Amakhosi’s reserve side are the current DDC champions and earned their trip to Europe after a well-deserved reward for clinching the title last season after amassing a record 70 points.
Chiefs coach Dillon Sheppard has already expressed belief that his players will give their maximum performance when they come up against the Red Devils today.
“The boys will be ready for the occasion; they know the magnitude of this game and what is at stake,” he said as per SuperSport.
“They will go all out and give their best. They earned this trip by doing so well and now they have to gauge themselves; it would be very important that they do well.
“Performance would be important; in a game of football, the aim is always to win the match. We will see the weather conditions and give our best.”
