Durban City are racing to finalise the signing of Mamelodi Sundowns midfielder Onele Rulwana.
This publication has learnt that City are on the verge of signing Rulwana, who was on loan at Pretoria University from Sundowns during the first half of the season.
‘Mahrez’ is expected to join City on loan before deadline tonight. The left-footed winger struggled with game-time at AmaTuks but re-uniting with Badela could revive his career before the season ends.
Rulwana was coached by Badela in the Sundowns reserve side where he had a good season in the DStv Diski Challenge.
