Kaizer Chiefs fan favourite Ethan Chislett has called on his teammates to stamp their authority despite their spirited win over ORBIT College.
The Glamour Boys rallied back from a goal down to cruise to an emphatic 3-1 victory over Mswenko Boys to elevate them up to third place on the Betway Premiership log.
Amakhosi have recorded three straight wins on the trot overcoming Magesi FC 2-0, Durban City 1-0 and the comeback triumph over ORBIT.
The silky attacker has thus urged his colleagues to not rest on their laurels but keep pushing as they seek a fourth victory on the trot when they host TS Galaxy at FNB stadium on Sunday afternoon.
“Obviously we are in good spirits from the last game. Confidence is high, although we know that we can improve and do better,” he told the club’s website.
“We can’t rest on previous results; we need to forget about them and focus completely on TS Galaxy, which it what we are doing.”
After the match against the Rockets this weekend at home, the Naturena-based outfit will be in Limpopo for two back-to-back fixtures in the province.
They first tackle Dikwena Tsa Meetse for the second round and then wrap up their Limpopo visit against Polokwane City who have proved to be a daunting team for Chiefs over the years.
Amakhosi then take on fiercest rivals Orlando Pirates in the biggest spectacle on the local football calendar, the Soweto Derby.
They will be hoping to avenge their heavy 3-0 trouncing by the Buccanners in the reverse fixture.
