The former Bafana Bafana midfielder didn’t start the season well losing the five of the first six matches.
Matebele managed to turn things around as they were clear from relegation in the middle of the season and currently in ninth place, with 33 points after 29 games.
Letsholonyane has been pitted alongside Sean Connor of second-placed Jwaneng Galaxy, the newly crowned champions of the FA Cup in Botswana and Reuben Njavera who coaches Nico United who are in eighth place.

They are on the verge of surpassing their record points of 34 which they set in the 2023/24 season.
With season fast approaching the end, and Yeye’s contract coming to an end, Matebele are sweating blood and water to keep the veteran technocrat.
