TS Galaxy have reportedly decided against renewing the contract of midfielder Nhlanhla Mgaga.
Information gathered indicates that Galaxy has decided against renewing the contract of midfielder Mgaga, just one season after joining the side.
The 30-year old made 28 appearances for the Rockets in all competitions and scored two goals. The exit of Mgaga comes as a surprise, especially after playing as many games as he did for Galaxy in the campaign.
The former Baroka midfielder has tons of experience in the Betway Premiership after winning the Carling Knockout Cup with Stellenbosch FC in 2023/24, before leaving the Western Cape side.
Galaxy finished in 12th place, failing to qualify for the MTN8 for the first time since the 2022/23 season. They also reached the Nedbank Cup final, but unfortunately lost to Durban City at Mbombela Stadium.
