GladAfrica Championship side Richards Bay have announced that they have parted ways with Head Coach Simo Dladla.

The KZN team had at one point this season looked like they would be winning the South African second tier, but poor results in the last month or two saw those hopes slip away.

Royal AM and Sekhukhune United are now the only two teams who can still win the league, with one round of games to play. Bay can, however, still reach the playoffs.

With the club also parting ways with assistants Siyabonga Mdluli and Thulani Mkosi, Sbusiso Msomi will lead the team in their final game against Steenberg United, and will be assisted by Vusi Magagula.

Bay made headlines earlier this year when they knocked out Kaizer Chiefs from the Nedbank Cup.
