Orlando Pirates have announced three more new signings ahead of the 2026/27 campaign on Friday afternoon.

After winning a domestic treble, which included ending their 14-year wait for a league title, Pirates have once again moved swiftly to secure their business early as was the case last season.

The Buccaneers already announced the signings of Mthetheleli Mthiyane, Ghampani Lungu, Bohale Ngwato, and Sbangani Zulu, before adding three more names to their squad on Friday.

“Orlando Pirates Football Club is delighted to announce the acquisition of Neo Rapoo, Aphiwe Baliti and Matome Mmolai ahead of the 2026/27 season,” the club stated.

“The three players join the Buccaneers as the Club continues to strengthen the squad and invest in some of the country’s most promising talent.”

Rapoo, 20, joins the club from Siwelele FC, adding competition to the club’s left-back position. Baliti, 24, another left-back, however, he will return to Siwelele on a season-long loan for the 2026/27 campaign.

Mmolai, 23, is a midfielder who joins from Leicesterford City.

Meanwhile, Pirates are yet to announce the signing of Siyanda Ndlovu, who passed his medical on Thursday, after the Buccaneers beat Mamelodi Sundowns to his signature, as previously reported by iDiski Times.
