Northern Cape ABC Motsepe League side Gaza United FC has announced the return of Surprise Ralani as their head coach for the upcoming season.
Ralani, 38, came out of retirement to be with Orbit College last season in the Betway Premiership however the side suffered automatic relegation having finished bottom of the log with 24 points. He wasn’t retained by Orbit.

Ralani had been with Gaza before joining Orbit with the club confirming on their Facebook page on Wednesday about the return.
Gaza United is pleased to announce Surprise “Spiro” Ralani as our Head Coach for the upcoming season.”
He spent most of his playing career in Europe where he played in Sweden and Denmark before returning to South Africa to join Cape Town City.
Ralani went on to play for Sundowns and managed to clinch two league titles. He played over 130 Betway Premiership matches, scoring 27 goals and contributed with 16 assists.
