Kaizer Chiefs and Golden Arrows have announced their starting line-ups for this afternoon’s MTN8 quarterfinal clash at FNB Stadium.
Amakhosi mark their return to the tournament following a two-year absence having also last tasted Wafa Wafa crown glory back in 2014/15.
The Glamour Boys finished third in the 2025/26 Betway Premiership campaign while Abafana Bes’thende secured sixth position on the table.
In last season’s meetings between the two sides, Chiefs beat Arrows 1-0 on both occasions and will be looking to use home ground advantage to get a positive result.
Both Chiefs and Arrows have roped in new technical set-ups with new players as well and Amakhosi won their league opener 3-1 over newbies Kruger United but Arrows could only settle for a point after playing to a 0-0 stalemate against Chippa United.
Chiefs boast a record 15 titles from 21 final appearances in this competition, the most of any team in the country.
