AmaZulu FC coach Arthur Zwane has identified defence as an area the club may need to strengthen before the transfer window closes following their MTN8 exit at the hands of Sekhukhune United.
Usuthu suffered a 4-3 defeat to Babina Noko at Chatsworth Stadium on Sunday afternoon, bringing their MTN8 campaign to an end.

Zwane was particularly unhappy with his side’s defensive display, admitting they conceded most of the goals through poor defending.
The AmaZulu gaffer suggested the club could look to reinforce their backline before the transfer window shuts.
He also revealed that captain Riaan Hanamub has been deployed in defence, with his pace proving useful.
“Look, we’ve always been saying [this], hence you see we’re playing Hanamub. He’s one of the three centre-backs because we don’t have enough pace at the back,” said Zwane.
“So, Hanamub makes our life a little bit easier in terms of stability at the back. So yeah, hopefully we’ll get one [centre-back] that can help.
“Like I said, if you remember during the week, I said if we get one that we think can come and help, I think we will take them. At the moment, we cannot panic because we conceded four goals.
“But it’s unlike us, we’re a team that doesn’t easily concede goals like this. And yeah, hopefully we’ll learn from this one and rectify those mistakes.”
