Mamelodi Sundowns and AmaZulu FC have confirmed their starting line-up for their Betway Premiership clash at Loftus Versfeld this evening.
Sundowns return to the league after a 1-0 defeat in the MTN8 semi-final first leg against Lamontville Golden Arrows.
The African champions will aim to bounce back tonight and get level on points with league leaders Orlando Pirates who collected maximum points last night.
Despite the loss on Sunday, Sundowns had a good start into the season collecting seven points out of the nine they played for.
Meanwhile, Usuthu have started equally well, winning two and drawing one to make it seven points in three games, but they got knocked out of the MTN8 quarter-final by Sekhukhune United in a seven-goal thriller.
The KwaZulu-Natal-based side comes to this game after having had a rest of 11 days, while Masandawana had a quick turn-around since Sunday and will again be in action in the second leg of the MTN8 semi-finals on the weekend.
Sundowns have been dominating this fixture after winning all last six league matches, and being unbeaten in their last nine clashes, with AmaZulu last win over Masandawana dating back to December 2021.
