Mamelodi Sundowns head coach Miguel Cardoso has refused to be drawn into commenting about defender Khulumani Ndamane’s disallowed goal.
The Masandawana defender had legitimately side-chested the ball into the back of the net to give Sundowns a 2-0 lead in the 49th minute only for referee Luxolo Badi to rule it out for a handball.

Replay showed it was a clear goal which was supposed to be allowed but the referee with help from the assistant official chalked it off.
Cardoso’s charges staged a dominant performance to eventually seal their spot in the final after the tie ended 3-2 in regulation time and 3-3 on aggregate with the African champions advancing on away goals rule.
Speaking on SuperSport TV in his post-match presser, the Portuguese mentor was brief in his reply, referring comments to come from the media instead.
“I think it’s up to the press to speak, not from me,” he said.
“Thank you very much.”
