Orlando Pirates defender Olisa Ndah has made his first appearance for Nigeria since January 2022.
Ndah, 26, has had a great start to the 2024/25 campaign, captaining Pirates and even finding the back of the net.
His club form has earned him a recall to Nigeria and he made his first appearance in 17 months, when the Super Eagles defeated Benin 3-0 in the opening match of their Africa Cup of Nations qualification.
Ndah replaced Calvin Bassey after 63 minutes, with Nigeria leading 1-0 after a first-half goal by Ademola Lookman.
The Super Eagles then added two more goals via Victor Osimhen and Lookman to secure a comfortable win.
