Kekana On Tunis Intel From Cardoso

Mamelodi Sundowns defender Grant Kekana has affirmed of their readiness ahead of tonight’s much talked about CAF Champions League quarterfinal second leg clash against Esperance.

Kekana, who has been an ever-present figure in Africa’s elite club competition for Masandawana, is hoping to they write a different script this time around after last season’s heartbreak at the last four stages.

The 32-year-old defender feels that the experience he gained all these years in continental stage will come handy when they face Esperance later tonight as they hold a 1-0 advantage.

“We know what to expect,” Kekana told the media.

“Our coach has briefed us and also have been in the CAF Champions League for quite number of years, so we know about hostility but it’s something we won’t focus on.

“We just want to go that side and make sure we do the job and make our supporters proud.

“It helps [to be Bafana player]. We’ve gained a lot of experience we open to all the challenges that we come across so there will be no difference they will do all they can to make sure that they destabilize us, but we are strong enough, we are committed, there’s a lot of brotherhood.

“We can’t wait for Tuesday.”
