South Africa international Fagrie Lakay will return to his mother club Pyramids FC following the end of his season-long loan spell at Ceremica Cleopatra with his future yet to be decided.
The 28-year-old joined Pyramids on a two-and-a-half-year deal back in January 2022 but was shipped out on loan the following year following the arrival of star striker Fiston Mayele.

During his loan spell at Cleopatra, Lakay made 27 appearances in all competitions, scoring four goals and contributing with seven assists, helping his side finish in sixth place.
The Bafana Bafana forward will return to Pyramids FC as his one season loan spell expires at the end of June.
His future remains in doubt as his contract is coming to an end at Pyramids which means he will be a free agent should the newly crowned African champions fail to give him new contract by end of June.
