CR Belouizdad head Sead Ramovic was spotted exchanging words after substituting midfielder Abderrahmane Meziane in their goalless draw against USM Alger.
Belouizdad drew their fifth game of the season in a goalless draw with USM Alger, missing an opportunity to get closer to Rulani Mokwena’s MC Alger.
Frustrations during the game grew, Ramovic substituted Meziane to be replaced by Housseyn Selmi with 20 minutes remaining before final whistle. Meziane didn’t take it well as he didn’t shake hands with Ramovic and there was a bit of exchange words after that.
“We are a team. If you angry at me, no problem but if you act like this because your teammate came in for you it doesn’t look good and it counts for everyone. It counts for me, it for Meziane it counts for every player nobody is above the team,” Ramovic told the media.
“If he is angry that he came out that way, I was also angry because he didn’t play a good game at all. He didn’t move so, he needs to improve, if he wants to have more game time.
“And again nobody is bigger than the club.”
