Three Bafana Bafana players were named in the COSAFA Cup Best XI after South Africa’s B side finished runners-up behind Angola.
Vela Khumalo’s team had a strong run to the final but were undone by Angola, who beat them 3-0 after a clinical performance.
However, three Bafana players made it into the Best XI, with Puso Dithejane appearing again after already being the only South African in the Best Group Stage XI.
In addition, Kamogelo Sebelebele and Gape Moralo also made the team, which is dominated by seven Angola players, including Player of the Tournament Laurindo Aurelio.
Angola coach Pedro Concalves was named Coach of the Tournament.
