New Chippa United Sporting Director Sinesipho Mali has spoken highly of Bafana Bafana head coach Hugo Broos describing him as an ‘amazing leader’.
Mali recently landed the SD role at the Chilli Boys and will work closely with new coach Sinethemba Badela while still working for the senior national team as Head Performance Analyst.

Speaking to Andile Ncube on Metro FM’s Sports Night Amplified With Andile, the former Kaizer Chiefs and Sekhukhune United scout gave props to the Belgian mentor for giving him his blessings as he assumes his Chippa duties while still reporting at Bafana as per usual.
“I’ve gotten blessings and so much guidance from Coach Hugo,” he said.
“Who’s again someone who has played an amazing role in my life and my career, and luckily being a sporting director previously, so during camp he’s actually given me a lot of advice and guidance in terms of that role especially from a leadership point.
“I always believe that he’s probably one of the most amazing, if not the best, leader that I’ve ever met.”
