Orlando Pirates winger Kamogelo Sebelebele has opened up on his disappointment after missing out on AFCON in Morocco.
Sebelebele had a brilliant start to his career at Pirates scoring three crucial goals consistently, two against Mamelodi Sundowns in the MTN8 semifinal and a winner against Stellenbosch FC in the Betway Premiership.

The top-class performances earned him a place in the national team, and he made his Bafana Bafana debut in the FIFA World Cup qualifiers against Lesotho as well as against Nigeria.
The former TS Galaxy speedster suffered an injury and has been sidelined for two months and missed out on the Bafana Bafana squad that will participate in the AFCON.
Sebelebele was left disappointed and states that injuries are part of football.
“Obviously, I am very disappointed. It’s every player’s dream to play in such tournaments, and when you’ve been part of the squad and the dream looks within reach, it is even harder when it does not materialise, “ Sebelebele said.
“But injuries are part of football. When I come back, I will work hard to be part of the squad that will be going to the World Cup. For now, I am just happy for those who are going to AFCON and will support them.
“We are very happy to have so many players representing the club at the continental showcase. I know they will do well for Bafana, and that will also lift the club’s name even higher.
“They have our support, so good luck to all the gents who will be playing at the AFCON.”
