The South African Football Association (SAFA) have confirmed a new sponsor with Volkswagen as the official vehicle sponsor for women’s football.
In an official announcement at SAFA house on Friday afternoon, it was confirmed the two locked arms for to help drive forward women’s football in the country.

It was confirmed the 10 vehicles has been given to SAFA as part of the newly formed sponsorship.
“Today is a big day for Women’s Football, and we are happy to be getting this sponsorship dedicated to the empowerment of Women’s football,” Safa President Dr. Danny Jordaan said at the event where the 10 vehicles were also unveiled.
