Sekhukhune United head coach Lehlohonolo Seema hailed his charges for a good response against SuperSport United after their defeat Orlando Pirates last week.
Babina Noko scored first at the old Peter Mokaba Stadium but conceded a last-gasp goal as both sides failed to cancel each other out with the score ending 1-1.
Despite not picking up three points against Matsatsantsa, Seema felt that a point was better than the nothing they got against Pirates even though he believes against the Buccaneers Sekhukhune did well.
“It was a good performance from the guys even in the last game,” Seema told reporters in Polokwane.
“I don’t think there was nothing it’s just that we couldn’t defend the lead that we had. So, the guys remain motivated. They are still fighting and still together. We go back let’s see how the cup is coming, a little breather from the league matches.

“We look forward to the cup game, but I think the guys responded well. We did not lose two games in a row. We couldn’t win one but at least we got a point today.”
