Mamelodi Sundowns head coach Miguel Cardoso has admitted that he’s in the dark with regards to Themba Zwane’s latest injury.
‘Mshishi’ was a second half substitute, coming on for Kutlwano Letlhaku in the 63rd minute but was then hauled off late on in the match after going down on the far end of the pitch in their 3-0 win over Magesi FC.
The Portuguese mentor did not immediately get an update from the team doctors but hopes it’s not a bad injury.
“Well, let’s see what is happening. As I understand from the doctor it’s not the same thing that he had before,” he told SuperSport TV.
“Let’s hope it’s nothing serious. Let’s hope so.”
