Kaizer Chiefs have confirmed that head coach Nasreddine Nabi will not honour Saturday’s Home of the Legends Cup as he recovers from a minor orthopedic operation.
The Glamour Boys take part in the four-team tournament at the Nelson Mandela Bay Stadium, with the first semifinal seeing the Naturena outfit taking on Golden Arrows with Mamelodi Sundowns and Chippa United battling the other tie.
“Head Coach, Nasreddine Nabi, who is recovering at home after recently undergoing a minor orthopedic operation will not travel to Gqeberha.
“Assistant coaches Khalil Ben Youssef and Cedric Kaze will take charge of the team that will face Golden Arrows in this weekend’s Home of Legends Cup.
“We wish him a speedy recovery.”
