Cape Town City and Orlando Pirates have both announced their starting lineups ahead of tonight’s Betway Premiership encounter at DHL Stadium.
Well-motivated City have already downed one Soweto giant three days ago after beating Kaizer Chiefs 1-0 and will look to continue on that note against highflying Pirates.
City haven’t won back-to-back league matches this season and it would be sweeter to do it against yet another Soweto outfit.
The Buccaneers come into this game at the back of three consecutive wins in all competitions and scored 12 goals with a victory for Ezimnyama Ngenkani sending them top of the table with a better goal difference than Mamelodi Sundowns.
These two sides faced each other 16 times in the league before with Pirates claiming five wins to City’s three, and eight games ending in stalemates.
