Mamelodi Sundowns and Kaizer Chiefs will both miss key players for their blockbuster encounter on Saturday.
Masandawana will be without Dennis Onyango and Aubrey Modiba, who received his fourth yellow card against Sekhukhune United in the 85th minute, while Onyango was sent off in the 4-1 win over TS Galaxy.
On the other side, Amakhosi will be without their talisman Gaston Sirino after he received a red card in their 4-1 drubbing against SuperSport United.
Meanwhile, Orlando Pirates will be without their head coach Jose Riveiro when they face Marumo Gallants following the yellow card he received in a 2-1 win over Cape Town City at Orlando Stadium over the weekend.
Gallants will be without midfielder Monde Mphambaniso after he was cautioned for the fourth time against Polokwane City in a match that produced seven yellow cards.
Struggling Cape Town City will miss the service of Lorenzo Gordinho at the back when they face AmaZulu on Sunday. Gordinho, too, is on four yellow cards, while assistant coach Lebogang Manyama will be serving the last match of his suspension after receiving a red card against Magesi FC.
Richards Bay will be without their top goalscorer Yanela Mbuthuma when they face Chippa United away from this coming weekend after Mbuthuma also received his fourth yellow card.
Following three losses on the trot, TS Galaxy won’t have Victor Letsoalo when they battle Lamontville Golden Arrows after he was sent off against Sundowns following a reckless tackle on Bathusi Aubaas.
