Kaizer Chiefs have officially unveiled their much-anticipated 2024/25 home and away kits ahead of the new campaign.
Chiefs and Kappa joined forces again last season, when the Italian sportswear brand replaced Nike as Amakhosi’s kit supplier.
The Glamour Boys and Kappa first partnered in 1989, with Amakhosi winning a sensational quadruple of titles in the first year of their Kappa sponsorship.
Overall, their seven-year partnership spanning from 1989 to 1996 brought the club 12 trophies and the Glamour Boys were hopeful the new Kappa kits could spark a similar era to finally end the club’s trophy drought.
However, they ended without silverware in their first campaign in the new Kappa stripes, resulting in massive changes around the technical team, with Nasreddine Nabi bringing new hoe ahead of the 2024/25 campaign.
On Thursday, Chiefs unveiled their new stripes at an exclusive event at the Naturena village, with iDiski Times‘ journalist Lorenz Kohler among the invited guests.
