iDiski TV analyst Junior Khanye has singled out Orlando Pirates star player Relebohile Mofokeng as the difference following their 2-1 win over Mamelodi Sundowns at FNB Stadium.
Despite experiencing a dip in form of late, ‘Rele’ netted a brace inside five minutes before Khuliso Mudau scored a consolation late on in the second period as the Buccaneers held on for a memorable victory.

Khanye admits he didn’t expect Pirates to win saying they were lucky, and that Mofokeng was the difference in the game.
“Let me compliment Orlando Pirates for winning the game,” said Khanye on iDiski TV.
“I never expected that Pirates would beat Mamelodi Sundowns but the score I don’t think it’s the reflection of the game for me.
“Sometimes the game plan can work for you as a coach and sometimes it doesn’t work. Well done to the coach of Orlando Pirates but truly speaking he was very lucky in this game because Jose Riveiro came into this game playing with three centre-backs.

“I’m singling out Relebohile Mofokeng, he was the difference today. For two, three months the boy was a bit off form, I don’t want to give the boy any pressure because he did very well.
“It’s tough for a lot of players to come back after a while. The youngster did well from the time he was a teenager and earned himself a place in the national team.
“Well done to him for being on the score sheet. I think the boy made history with the goals because it’s not easy scoring against Sundowns.”
