Former Kaizer Chiefs winger Junior Khanye believes Orlando Pirates will beat their bitter rivals in Saturday’s Soweto Derby.
Currently, only one point separates the two sides on the log, with the winner moving into second place.
Khanye believes the Buccaneers will complete the double over Amakhosi after they beat their rivals 1-0 in the first leg.
“Pirates is going to win this game 2-0 or 1-0,” he said on iDiskiTV.
“I don’t think Chiefs will score, even if they will get chances they don’t have the quality to score.”
Khanye also predicted that Relebohile Mofokeng will be the star of the show in Saturday’s game.
“Relebohile Mofokeng is going to score his first derby goal. He’s one of the best talents and I’m sure they will start him,” he added.
“They have pressure after Lorch left, he’s going to be amazing things in the Soweto Derby.
“He’s scored two goals in two games in a row, I’ve no doubt he’s going to be a team player, Riveiro should start.
“For Chiefs, there is no player I can single out. As a team they will need to fight because I can’t see any player to carry the team unlike the Pirates boy I mentioned.
“Cavin will have to work with them as a team because they don’t have star players like Pirates.”
