Polokwane City head coach Phuti Mohafe is looking to claim a scalp and vows to show Kaizer Chiefs who’s boss when the two sides meet next month.
City suffered their third league defeat of the season, narrowly going down 1-0 to Cape Town City on Wednesday courtesy of Thamsanqa Mkhize’s solitary goal.
They will return to home for their next two fixtures against rejuvenated Galaxy and Chiefs, who both collected positive results in their return to the league from the FIFA break.
With Chiefs playing most of their home games in Polokwane at the New Peter Mokaba Stadium, Mohafe stated that they will have to show Chiefs who is the boss in Polokwane when they face them on 8 December.
“It’s two home matches. It’s against TS Galaxy and Kaizer Chiefs, then we go to Golden Arrows,” Mohafe told iDiski Times.
“So, those matches are whoever that is playing home must get results and positive result. So, I think we should get the maximum results.
