Ncikazi Issues Warning To Pirates Ahead Of Orbit Clash

Orlando Pirates assistant coach Mandla Ncikazi has warned his charges of the experience Orbit College has at their disposal despite them being newbies.

The two sides lock horns eSgodini later this evening as the Buccaneers look to pick up their second home victory having beaten Stellenbosch FC 1-0 in their last outing.

Orbit on the other hand make their maiden visit to Orlando Stadium in search of a rare win in order to move up the Betway Premiership standings.

Ncikazi has since spoken about how Pirates need to make their mark tonight and not take Orbit lightly.

“The importance of such matches is to see the match, see opponent’s strengths, weaknesses and remove the name because the danger of playing such matches is to think you’re not going to face challenges,” he told OP TV.

“This is a very experienced side. [Letsie Koapeng], [Tshepo] Matsemela in the centre. Their goalkeeper is the Lesotho international.

“If you look at the quality of players that they have, it’s a very experienced side.

“So, we just have to impose our match and gain three points in our own home ground.”
