Orlando Pirates assistant coach Mandla Ncikazi has urged his troops to be well prepared for tonight’s crunch Betway Premiership clash against AmaZulu.
The Buccaneers have a chance to leapfrog Mamelodi Sundowns into top spot while Usuthu could see themselves move second on the standings should they pull off an upset.
Despite praising the KwaZulu-Natal outfit who’ve had a turnaround in fortunes this season and could count themselves in the title contender conversation, Ncikazi insists they are gunning for nothing but maximum points.
“It’s a short turn around, we have to be prepared against a back three, against a top four side that plays very well,” he told Pirates media.
“But we there to get points and we have prepared for such.”
The clash gets underway at 19:30 from the Moses Mabhida Stadium in Durban.
