Mamelodi Sundowns defender Khulumani Ndamane has opened up about facing AmaZulu shortly after being eliminated from the Nedbank Cup.
The Brazilians suffered a 2–0 defeat on Saturday afternoon at the hands of Ndamane’s former club, TS Galaxy. However, the Sahlumbe-born centre-back did not feature in the match.

They now turn their focus to the Betway Premiership on Tuesday, taking on Usuthu at the Moses Mabhida Stadium, with kick-off scheduled for 19:30.
Ndamane said the team was down after bowing out of the Nedbank Cup, but the coach lifted their spirits as they look to continue their good run in the league.
“The guys were not good, it happened but it has passed, we’re now focusing on AmaZulu’s game,” said Ndamane.
“The coach told us to forget about what happened on Saturday and focus on the next league game.”
Ndamane believes AmaZulu are a threat, considering their impressive performances in the previous matches.
“It won’t be an easy game because AmaZulu have also been doing well in their previous games,” he added.
“So, ours is to focus on the game and execute the coach’s game plan. I think that can help in winning the game.”
