Mamelodi Sundowns winger Siyanda Ndlovu says he is determined to work hard and earn a call-up to the Bafana Bafana squad.
The 22-year-old joined the Brazilians ahead of the current season after making a strong impression during his time at Golden Arrows.
Ndlovu has made an encouraging start to life at Sundowns, showing glimpses of his quality in the matches he has featured in so far.
Still waiting for his first senior national team call-up, the winger says he is focused on improving his performances and doing enough to catch the attention of new Bafana Bafana coach Pitso Mosimane.
“I think I do have a wish to play for the national team, and I’ll work hard to get that recognition,” said Ndlovu on Ukhozi FM.
“The new coach, Pitso, I believe he’ll look at the players at his own way also because he’s the national team coach.
“Surely, the experience he has will help him also to choose players in the right way because he has coached for the long time in football.
“But I also have to push and improve more than what I’m doing now to get that recognition.”
