Orlando Pirates midfielder Sihle Nduli has opened up about another injury setback that sidelined him during the early stages of the season.
After spending an extended period out injured last season, Nduli had returned to action and appeared to be regaining his place in the midfield.

However, his progress was disrupted when he suffered another serious injury during a Betway Premiership clash against AmaZulu earlier this season.
Despite the setback, Nduli has expressed his satisfaction with the medical team’s efforts, praising their swift work in helping him recover.
“Firstly, I’ll thank the medical department for the work they have done so I could come back quickly. I can say that I’ll be back in action soon,” said Nduli.
Nduli admitted that being sidelined through injury has been difficult but revealed that the support he received from those around him helped him remain strong throughout his recovery.
“Yeah, getting injured is part of our lives in football but I won’t lie it was difficult,” he added.
“But then with the teammates, supporters and everyone granted me the support I needed.
“They told me that these things happen and I would come back. Yes, it was hurting but with all the support structure, I go through it.”
