AmaZulu have parted ways with Gabadinho Mhango who is now a free agent.

Usuthu announced a host of changes late on Friday evening, initially confirming nine new signings and 14 exits.

However, the club later released a revised list which had Mhango as 15th name.

The 31-year-old only joined Usuthu ahead of last season and made 22 appearances for the club, scoring six goals and setting up two more.

However, he wasn’t in the plans of new coach Pablo Franco Martin and is now a free agent.

Mhango has been linked with a move to Kaizer Chiefs but football manager Bobby Motaung dismissed those talks last weekend.
