Orlando Pirates and Kaizer Chiefs have confirmed their starting line-ups for the DStv Premiership encounter at FNB Stadium this afternoon.
South Africa will be divided into two halves this afternoon when the two Soweto giants face each other for bragging rights and three points.
Pirates come to this match as favourites having won the two previous derbies, including Nedbank Cup semi-final back in May.
The Sea Robbers didn’t restart the new year the way they would’ve wanted, as they’ve only won one league match of their three games, playing two draws with Mamelodi Sundowns and Cape Town Spurs.
But the Buccaneers could complete the double over Chiefs after losing 1-0 in the league in November.
Amakhosi come to this game with their tails up after they narrowly beat Lamontville Golden Arrows by 1-0.
This will be the 180th derby between the two sides.
