Siwelele FC have received a boost for the 2025/26 season, as midfielder Grant Margeman is set to return to full training next week.
Margeman missed the whole of last season after he tore his ACL and the former Cape Town Spurs midfielder only featured once in the previous campaign for SuperSport United which was in the MTN8 against Orlando Pirates – a game they lost 3-1.

The 27-year-old was dearly missed by Matsatsantsa, resulting in their bad season which saw them finishing in 14th place – the first time they finished outside the top eight in the PSL era.
‘Pac-Man’, as he is known, is now set to return to full training in the coming weeks ahead of 2025/26 season, which is set to begin in the first week of August.
Once fully fit, Margeman is expected to play a crucial part in the Siwelele midfield under the leadership of head coach Lehlohonolo Seema and it could be the perfect time for him to fight for a place in Bafana Bafana squad ahead of the upcoming AFCON in December.
