Tickets for the highly anticipated Soweto Derby on Sunday, April 26, have gone on sale, Orlando Pirates and Kaizer Chiefs have confirmed.
Betway Premiership pace-setters Orlando Pirates and fierce rivals Kaizer Chiefs will once again renew their rivalry in the biggest football spectacle on the local football calendar.

The Buccaneers have had the upper hand in the two sides’ recent meetings, winning the last five consecutive tussles dating back to the 2023/24 season.
Abdeslam Ouaddou’s charges have already claimed a thumping 3-0 victory in the first round in the league this campiagn as they chase a treble having already bagged the MTN8 and Carling Black Label Cup.
In their dominant win over Amakhosi in February this year, Oswin Appollis, Tshepang Moremi and Evidence Makgopa earned their side the country’s bragging rights.
The tickets are once again expected to hit record sales just as they did back in February, selling out in the space of a day after going on sale.
Both Soweto clubs confirmed on their respective social media channels on Monday morning that tickets had gone on sale.
