Mamelodi Sundowns and AmaZulu FC have announced their starting line-ups for this evening’s DStv Premiership clash at Loftus Versfeld Stadium.
Sundowns will be playing their fourth game in a space of 10 days when they face Usuthu this evening. Downs resumed their DStv Premiership with a 1-1 draw with Orlando Pirates before eliminating NB La Masia from the Nedbank Cup with a resounding 6-1 win.
They also confirmed their place in the CAF Champions League quarter-finals after defeating Mauritanian side FC Nouadhibou 1-0.
Downs, though, will be without defender Mosa Lebusa, who is suspended for Tuesday night’s clash.
AmaZulu will look to bounce back to winning ways after resuming the league with a surprise 3-1 defeat to Cape Town Spurs in Cape Town.
They did recover, though, and confirmed their spot in the Nedbank Cup last 16, knocking out rivals Royal AM by 1-0.
These two sides faced each other 37 times, with Downs winning 23 games, while Usuthu just won six and eight matches ended with a draw. A total number of 94 goals scored by these two sides in this fixture.
